We want you to love every product you receive from us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-printed or branded packaging items.
- Food-grade packaging that has been opened or used.
- Perishable, hygienic, or sanitary items.
- Downloadable digital products or gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as:
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned after more than 10 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send us email returns@chefgo.com
You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
